Holly was engaged three times. The first time, she was married to actor Danny Quinn. They were married in 1992 and divorced two years later in 1993. She was introduced to Jim Carrey in 1994 during the auditions for Ace Ventura Pet Detective. Although she didn't get the part in Ace Ventura Pet Detective, the two formed bonds during the course of filming Dumb and Dumber. They got married in the year 1996. They split after just one year. In 2001, she got married to Francis Greco. He was a Canadian Investment banker. The couple was blessed with three sons: Henry, George and Alexander Holly Greco. When she married Greco in 2007, she obtained Canadian citizenship. After divorce, the couple split in 2014. Holly as well as her three kids reside within Oakville Ontario Canada. Holly together with her entire family which includes her father Grant as well as her mother founded The A Fund, at Hobart College and William Smith Colleges, in 1992 to remember her sister Alexander. Holly recalled that Alexander was "a child full of dreams and dreams". In 1992, Holly, her father Grant, and their families founded the A Fund in Hobart and William Smith Colleges in honor of Alexander, who according to Holly "was a boy filled with goals, dreams and plans."

Alaina Suddeth is child of Kristy Suddeth (Rossville, Georgia) and J. J. Suddeth. The place she was born was Rossville in Georgia. Her father works as an Chattanooga process technician. She performed her first public appearance in a child's choir, and then at a karaoke venue during a family holiday. She performed in churches, restaurants, at social gatherings with family, and all within 30 miles of her home. Alaina, at the age eight, won the Southern Stars Pageant Talent Competition. The winner was selected to perform on the Kids Talent stage at Chattanooga's Riverbend Festival. Over the next few years, she performed every year on this stage until the age of 12, when the contest which allowed her to appear on the Festival's main stage was won. At the age of 10, she traveled from Florida from Florida to Orlando for the purpose of competing in the American Model and Talent Competition. She managed to defeat over 1500 contestants in the contest. Alaina performed with Georgia Country Gospel Association's kids' group. Her first visit to Nashville at the age of 12 years old. She was a performer at Tootsie's an establishment in Nashville, a bar that is located on Broadway. Alaina became the first ever winner of Lake Winnepesaukah's WinniSTAR Youth Talent Competition in the year 2009. She wrote and performed several songs, including Leaving, Set Me Free, as well. Alaina was motivated to sing because of her cousin, Holly Witherow, who was diagnosed with an brain tumor. Alaina was a CiC's Pizza employee before she joined Idol. She was a student at Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School located in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, in which she played cheerleading.
